Damaged, Faulty Items or Missing Parts

If, on the rare occasion it happens, you have a problem with your new furniture delivery, please follow these simple steps:

  • Take some photographs of the damaged/effected area, including a close-up of the issue and a distant shot showing the whole piece.  Also include the packaging if marked and forward via e-mail to info@oakfurniturespain.com, quoting your full name and invoice number.
  • Contact us on (00 34) 950 091 137 to discuss the current situation. Please retain the original packaging.
  • Once this information has been received our support team will deal with the problem with the utmost urgency to reach a high customer satisfaction.
    Damaged or faulty items and missing parts must be reported within 2 working days of receiving delivery of the order.
